This is not a conflict of interest, because I wouldn’t do it when I wasn’t sure and convinced that It was the right decision.
Verím, že je to správna voľba pre spoločnosť a pre mojich ľudí.
I believe that is the right choice for the Company and for my people.
Snažil som sa nájsť niekoho vhodného, kto by mal vášeň pre spoločnosť.
I tried to find someone suitable who would have passion for the company.
Musíme použiť rovnaké metódy ako malé deti.
We need to use the same methods as small children use.

Počúvajú, iniciujú a jednoducho sa snažia rozprávať.
They listen, initiate, and simply try to talk.
Toto sú prvé veci, ktoré deti robia.
These are the first things the children do.
Uvedomil som si, že moje deti používajú minulý, prítomný a budúci čas.
I realized, that my children use the past, present, and future tenses.
Myslí si tu niekto, že deti vedia, čo to znamená?
Does anyone here think the children know what it means?

Nepočúvajú a nedostatočne komunikujú.
They don’t listen and they don’t communicate enough.
V škole sa učia najmä gramatiku a slovnú zásobu v neurčitých formách.
In school, they mainly learn grammar and vocabulary in indefinite forms.
Nedá sa použiť vo voľnej komunikácii.
It cannot be used in free communication.
Ľudia nevedia, ako to používať.
People don’t know how to use it.
Dá sa to, ale je to ťažšie.
It is possible, but it is more difficult.
Ale nehovorím, že je to nemožné.
But I’m not saying it’s impossible.
Väčšina ľudí po štyroch, piatich alebo dokonca desiatich rokoch štúdia nevie rozprávať.

Napokon, štúdium angličtiny je pre mňa zábavné, pretože už viem, ako na to.

Neučím sa gramatické pravidlá. Nie je to dôležité.
I don’t learn grammar rules. It’s not important.
Po prvé, veľmi dôležité je, že štúdium musí byť zábava.
First, what is very important is that studying must be fun.
To zvyšuje motiváciu.
It increases motivation.
Počúvam anglické podcasty a anglické audioknihy a pozerám seriály v angličtine s anglickými titulkami.
I listen to English podcasts and English audiobooks and watch TV series in English with English subtitles.
Čítam anglické knihy. Robím všetko, čo je pre mňa zaujímavé.
I read English books. I do everything interesting to me.
Používam aplikáciu na slovnú zásobu. Takzvané metódy kartičiek. Je to veľmi účinná metóda. Táto aplikácia je určená na učenie sa slovnej zásoby.
I use an application for vocabulary. So-called flashcards methods. It is a very effective method. This app is for learning vocabulary.
Nikdy som sa nesústredil na to, čo hovoríš, pretože som bol v strese.. Hoci stále som, budem sa snažiť nebyť.
I’ve never concentrated on what you’ve been saying because I was stressed. Although I still am, I will try not to be.
