What should hotel do to convince customers to buy from them?

A

Direct relationship Better price, Better value / better experience Points essentially worth cash, Access to digital tools; digital checkin, Room selection, Digital checkin etc. Everybody is trying to build direct relationships & loyalty incl OTA, and it’s a big challenge! We have an unbelievable contentious relationship. By engaging with Brand’s and letting them know more about you they are going to be able to customising the experience.
