People differ from each other. Difference in gender, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, age and social class influence on the fundamental level how we relate to others. Culture is a learn system of knowledge, behaviors, attitudes, beliefs, values and norms that is Shared by a group of people.in the broad sense, culture includes how people think, what they want and how they use things to sustain their lives

You can’t simply put a group of people vast differences and expect them to immediately get along well. Many people are unfamiliar with other cultures and have never had to learn to coexist and collaborate with with people from completely different backgrounds. This is why diversity training is so important to all the processes in hospitality industry.

Although the concept of race is often associated with ethnicity, the terms are not synonymous. Race includes phenotypic characteristics such as skin color, whereas ethnicity also encompasses cultural factors such as nationality, tribal affiliation, religion, language and traditions of a particular group (Fig 1).

It is the idea that you can retrain people to stop the chain of thoughts so that it doesnt manifest in behaviour I don think that every thought manifests in behaviour if you did then every time a man sees a good a good looking woman walked down the street the street you would have a real mess on our hands.
