When did the first HMA sign?
A
Hong Kong compnay that signed the first HMA with Conrad Hilton was Huthison Wahmpoa. This was a milestone in the development of the hotel & tourism. Agreement still resembled a lease agreement, Huthison paid fees to manage the hotel

How did the First HMA contribute to todays Hospitality business?
A
Since the first HMA Mgmt contract began to sophisticate and allowed hotel brands to grow exponentially and develop risk free asset light strategy whereby they only manage hotels and dont physically own the asset. it led us to today’s market.
