Behavioral Segmentation
Behavioral factors include the benefits the group wants, patterns of usage of the brand’s products or services, and how often they engage with the brand on social media.

is to identify internal opportunities for improvement.
Brand Butler
The idea is to provide services around a main product or service to help consumers save time and take care of other issues more efficiently.
Brandjacking
is an activity whereby someone acquires or otherwise assumes the online identity of another entity for the purposes of acquiring that person’s or business’s brand equity.
Demographic Segmentation
groups people based on certain personal attributes, such as: Age, Gender, Marital status, Number of children and Ethnic background.
Elevator Pitch
is a short statement of what the company, brand or product does to fulfill a need for a persona.
Geographic Segmentation
groups people based on their location. Some social media sites might have viewers from various locations. Larger sites allow you to set your audience preference. For example, a social media site that revolves around local happenings will likely have audience members who are near that location.
Persona
defined as a fictional, perceived personality or a personal or public representation of a role.
Positioning
is a marketing concept that outlines what a business should do to market its product or service to its customers.
Profile Placeholder
is where you put a picture of yourself or business.
Psychographic Segmentation
groups people based on their lifestyle. Psychographic factors include activities, interests, personality, opinions, and values.
Return on Engagement (ROE)
the ROE measures things like awareness, relationships, loyalty, and retention of customers, business partners, and employees.
Share of Conversation
it is the percentage of mentions the particular brand receives in relation to the broader conversation.
