yes because it stated that all countries art of the agreement needed to settle disputes peacefully
but at the same time had no way of stopping countries from showing violence
did it resolve the problem of Germany being an outcast
yes because unlike the treaty of versailles, here germany was treated as an equal to all the other 62 countries that took part
did the kellogg briand solve the problem of constant threat of right wing nationalist uprisings
no because it was between countries not within the countries themselves
flaws or weaknesses ?
it never stated what was considered as self defense so there were lots of ways to go around the rules
it also didn’t do much to help prevent ww2
