A
Puts you at an immunocompromised state
- Disease that kill immune system: HIV pts with CD4 < 200
- Systemic steroids >=20 mg prednisone or equiv or 2 mg/kgday
- Aspenia
- Immunosuppressants: TNF inhibitors
- Cancer chemo therapy
