Take reasonable steps to reduce risk, do not allow anything which poses an unacceptable risk, you must stop practicing if your health or judgment is compromised

report concerns about well-being promptly and appropriately, must not prevent people from raising concerns, take appropriate actions to maintain safety, this must be first and foremost before professional loyalty, follow up on concerns
