Repeated measures
How did you use repeated measures in your experiment?
I required both my groups of 5 to take part in both conditions ( chunking/not-chunking ) and get them to record their results from both
Describe an advantage of repeated measures design
Less participant differences as the same participant is going through both conditions
Describe a disadvantage of repeated measures design
Order effects: where the participants waiting for their turn may practice recalling letters giving them a higher chance of performing better the second time they perform the task

Through the consent sheet which was thoroughly read by my participants
Why did you use chocolate?
As an incentive to my relatively young year 8 students to take the experiment seriously
How did you attempt to control the chatter of the group of students you were with?
I told them to stop talking and they’d get a chocolate
