Pyrazinamide

• inhibits growth of bacteria

- Do NOT use in pts with hepatic damage or gout

Ethambutol

• oral chemotherapeutic agent which is specifically effective against actively growing microorganisms of the genus Mycobacterium
• Do NOT use in pts who report changes in vision, or pts under 13 y/o
• risk of optic neuritis

Streptomycin

• antibiotic for TB and some other bacteria
