and ANCA vasculitis
-do not use if there is a urinary flow obstruction

A
  • CD-20 directed cytolytic antibody used in NHL, CLL, and RA
  • risk of fetal toxicity, tumor lysis syndrome, progressive multifocal enchephalopathy, and renal toxicity when used with cisplatin
  • high rate of adverse rxn in lymphoid malignancies, and RA

  • used in the prevention of rejection in renal transplant patients and in RA
  • do not use in pregnant patients, or patients with RA that were previously treated with alkylating agents
