A
-alkylating drug used for cancer, minimal change dz,
and ANCA vasculitis
-do not use if there is a urinary flow obstruction
-risk of fetal toxicity, immunosuppression, cardiopulm toxicity

- CD-20 directed cytolytic antibody used in NHL, CLL, and RA
- risk of fetal toxicity, tumor lysis syndrome, progressive multifocal enchephalopathy, and renal toxicity when used with cisplatin
- high rate of adverse rxn in lymphoid malignancies, and RA

azathioprine
A
- used in the prevention of rejection in renal transplant patients and in RA
- do not use in pregnant patients, or patients with RA that were previously treated with alkylating agents
- increased risk of skin cancer and lymphomas
