A

Grazes caused by friction of the skin agaisnt a rough surface e.g playground

18
Q

How can an abrasion occur?

A

-From a tackle
-Falling over during a game

19
Q

What is a concussion?

A

Impact to the head causes unconsciousness, confussion or memory loss

20
Q

How can a concussion occur?

A

-Caused by a blow to the head

21
Q

What are the (5) Injury preventions?

A

-Correct application of the principles of training
-Correct application and adherence to the rules
-Use of appropriate clothing
-Checking equiptment and facilities
-Use of a warm-up and cool-down
