What is stress
Stress is an adaptive response, moderate by individual differences, that is a consequence of any action, situation, or event that places special demands on a person.
What are the 3 key factors determine the likelihood of stress

What is eustress and distress
When there is stress, it helps and positive to a certain limit and it is called eustress. After that it becomes distress problem for a person and has negative effects. It is called distress.
What are stressors in work environment

- To gain poor air quality
- Require repetitive moments

It is cause by role overhead or under head, conflict or role ambiguity also known as unclear expectations
