Studying and understanding jobs through the process known as job analysis is a vital part of any HRM program.

A written statement that describe activities perform by individual or include about equipment use for particular job or condition.
What is job specification
Job specification identifies major job responsibilities, outline specific KSA, and other physical and personal characteristics necessary to perform a job
