MTA Transit Liaison Officer (TLO)

The purpose of the TLO is to

Act as the liaison between the IC and the RCC in resolving any communication or operational issues that might arise during an incident

The TLO will be designated BC assigned to respond to the RCC located at 354 West 54 Street for the following conditions

• All 10-75 or greater for fire or emergency in any section
• Any incident in which the IC deems beneficial
• Any incident in which NYC Transit RCC requests their response
