Contraindications:

A
  • Allergy to soybeans/ peanuts
  • Known sensitivity to atropine, albuterol, or their respective derivatives
  • Used w/ caution in Pts w/ asthma, HTN, angina, cardiac arrhythmias, tachycardia, cardiovascular disease, congenital long QT syndrome, closed angle glaucoma

  • MDI: 8 inhalations every 20 mins for up to 3 hours
  • Nebulization: 3 mL every 20 minutes for 3 doses, then as needed
