Olga: I’m looking forward to trying this restaurant. I think I’m going this weekend.
Olga: Tengo ganas de probar este restaurante. Creo que voy a ir este fin de semana.
José: Yes, they have many. As a first course I ordered a mushroom soup that wasn’t bad.
José: Sí, sí, tienen muchos. De primero pedí una sopa de champiñones que no estaba mal.
A bit bland for my liking. But the best was dessert, mango cake. It was a bit sweet, but delicious.
Un poco sosa para mi gusto. Pero lo mejor fue el postre, tarta de mango. Estaba muy dulce, pero muy rica.
Olga: Oh yes! And what else would you recommend?
Olga: Ah pues sí. ¿Y qué más me recomiendas?
Olga: Don’t they have any vegetarian dishes?
Olga: ¿No tienen platos vegetarianos?
José: The meat, it’s their speciality. It was a bit raw for me, but very fresh.
José: La carne, es su especialidad. Para mí, estaba un poco cruda, pero muy fresca.
José: Ah yes, it’s called Tenedor. I had dinner there with some friends on Friday night. If you go you have to try the croquettes, they’re delicious!
José: Ah sí, se llama Tenedor. Cené allí el viernes por la noche con unos amigos. Si vas tienes que probar las croquetas, ¡están riquísimas!
Olga: I’ve been told that there’s a new restaurant in the town centre that’s really good.
Olga: Me han dicho que hay un restaurante nuevo en el centro que es buenísimo.
