514 Discrimination and Harassment

Question 1

Any employees who believe they have been subjected to discriminatory practices or harassment have the right to file a complaint to the Internal Affairs Unit or to the Manager of Personnel Services in Room 3030 of the Police Memorial Building.

An employee who is not satisfied wit the way a complaint is handled or who prefers to make the complaint outside of the Sheriff’s Office may take the complaint to the EEOC Office at City Hall within how many days of occurrence of the alleged act of discrimination or harassment?
