What benefits are PDP officers not eligible for?
PTO/PD hours, Funeral/military leave, assignment pay, floating holiday accrual, special court attendance, SOSP, Worker’s Comp (case by case)
What happens during the 1st workday of PDP?
Shall not be deducted from leave bank (processing day)
What is the compensation and guidelines for PDP officers attending court?
Complete PDECRF submit to ARA Payroll Services, no minimum court comp
When may PDP officers receive TCOLE training?
on their own time
Are PDP officers still responsible for training to maintain their TCOLE licenses?
Yes
For officers in PDP who are eligible for OT compensation what shall they do?
Complete a PDPCRF and submit it to ARA Payroll Services and submit copy to ESD Phase Down Unit
What shall happen if officers in PDP are required to attend training not mandated by TCOLE?
Time spent will not be deducted from PDB, receive extra compensation
For training other than HPD Academy where shall officers send proof of training?
LMS Unit of training division
What does it take for an officer in PDP to qualify with their firearm in a place other than the HPD range?>
Approval from AC of training
When shall officers choosing option C or DCO of PDP return their equipment?
Before processing day
What are the maximum number of EJ hours allowed a week for Option A of PDP? Option B?
