Contact prosecutor. Still abide unless judge disregards them

When shall employees be allowed to report to court for municipal?
within 30 minutes of subpoena time

Every hour
How shall Exempt employees document court time?
Same as other employees but use Exempt Employee Comp Request Form
After signing in, how often shall officers check their Harris County court cases?
Every 2 hours
How much are suspended employees paid for court appearance?
Straight time, note suspension noted in details field
How much are relieved-of-duty officers paid for court OT?
Regular court OT rate outside of regular shift hours of 0900 to 1700

OT starts at time of appearance/arrival to start of shift
