The compensating division
Can supervisors delegate OT approval to non supervisory personnel?
No
What changes may a supervisor make to a OT form?
Department activity code DAC, or adding comments in details section
What shall supervisors do if they receive questionable OT forms or requests?
Note concerns in details, submit it and then conduct inquiry
How often does Kronos update SAP?
Bi-weekly
After entering all OT forms a timekeeper shall:
generate print batch time entry, reconcile the printed report, sign and date batch report, retain signed reports, file original OT forms
If adjustments in Kronos cannot be made by Timekeeper what shall they do?
Make written request to COH Payroll
