In what condition will an employee be allowed to receive donated time?
Qualifying Medical Condition, care for family members for bona fide illness
What type of time may be donated for classified? Civilians?

What increments shall time be donated?
4 hours and shall not exceed half of donor’s yearly allotment
What happens to donated time if employee returns to work before expended?
stays in employee banks
What happens to donated time if employee dies?
Time goes to recipient estate
No donated hours shall be credited to employee beyond:
Projected return to work, SS benefit date or long term disability benefits date
What is the maximum number of hours that can be donated to an employee?
1040
How shall an employee donate time?
Complete Donation of Accumulated Leave and submit to COH HR
Can officers in the PDP donate or receive time?
