What procedures of administering REER do you need to memorize?
Supervisors document strengths/weaknesses from rating period, if two levels above rated employee disagree then it shall be discussed, original and 3 copies sent to chain of command
Upon getting signatures of REER it shall be filed as:
Original sent to ESD, 2nd copy to ESD for HR personnel file, 3rd copy into division personnel file, 4th copy given to employee
When may an employee file a grievance about employee rating?
Not performance ratings only REER. Only if below effective and only if doesnt bring overall rating below effective
May performance rating worksheets be grieved?
