Chaired by grievance examiner selected by Civil Service Commission
What is a step IV Grievance Review?
Chaired by Civil Service Commission. Attendance by employee or dept representative NOT required
Can time used to file a grievance be charged against employee?
No
What happens if at any point an employee alledges discrimination during the grievance process?
All statements and investigation shall be excluded from grievance and forwarded to appropriate division
What is tolling?
Stops the statutory time limits for grievances if they are being handled by someone else and come back to grievances

Discipline shall be no more than written or 1-2 suspension AND commander must be in the chain of command

Nature of the grievance and proposed resolution

COP OR a representative
