What are the prohibited activities while on IOD?
Working EJs, work as volunteer, Self Employment, Working for another person
How shall employees on IOD attend training?
With release from their treating physician
How shall an employee on IOD take unscheduled and scheduled leave?
Letter from physician w/ Employee Request for Travel Form, updated DWC 73 Form
What shall employees do when returning to active duty from IOD?
Submit new DWC Form 73 with physician statement/release

Separately from IAD and IOD
