Criteria for Immediate Suspension
An authorized officer of equal or superior rank shall commence the suspension of a police officer.
The following factors shall be considered in determining if immediate suspension from duty is appropriate

Criteria for Revocation or Continued Suspension

Professional Standards shall consider the following criteria when making recommendations to the Chief on whether to revoke or continue a suspension from duty:

impact upon the integrity of the investigation
whether the alleged misconduct occurred in the performance of duty
