kidneys- chronic kidney disease, globmular sites, increased UTIs, fluid retnesion and increased blood pressure can aslo lead to chronic kidney disease

nerves - neuropathy, neurpathic pain, erectile dsfunctin , bladder snesation loss, gastroaresis

teeth and gums - infections/decay

skin - increased infections, fungal infections, nectobiosis
