Q

What is the process of the Karvonen formula?

A
Work out your RHR (46BPM)
Work out your maximum heart rate (220-15=205)
MHR - RHR (205-46=159)
60% = 159X0.6=95.4
80% = 159X0.8=127.2
\+RHR 95.4+46=141.4
             127.2+46=173.2
