What is overuse injury?
Sustained from repeated action.
What is an acute injury?
A sudden injury that is usually associated with a traumatic event.

What is concussion?
An injury normally caused by a blow to the head
What is a dislocation?
When a bone at a joint is forced out of it’s normal position.
What are the symptoms of a dislocation?
Deformity and swelling of the joint.
What is a torn cartilage?
When you tear a firm elastic substance which lines adjoining bones.
What is a strain?
A twist, pull or tear of a muscle or a tendon.
What is a sprain?
An injury to a ligament
