medial rot. & shoulder adduction

lat. aspects of thoracolumbar fascia attached to spinous process & ligamentous attachments of lower 6 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae & sacrum
outer lip of distal 1/3 of iliac crest
outer surface of lower 3 / 4 ribs
inferior angle of scapula
Latissimus dorsi insertion
intertubercular groove of humerus

thoracodorsal C6, 7, 8
