Gluteus Maximus, Piriformis, Obturator Internus, Gemellus Superior, Gemellus Inferior, Quadratus Femoris, Obturator Externus.
Gluteus Maximus origin.
Gluteal surface of the ileum, iliac crest of the innominate, coccyx sacrum and sacrotuberous ligament.
Gluteus Maximus insertion.
Gluteal tuberosity of the femur. (1/4)

Anterior Rami of the sacral plexus L5, S1, 2.
Piriformis action.
Lateral rotation of the hip and abduction when sitting down.

Obturator internus origin.
Internal surface of the obturator membrane and surrounding Bony margin of the innominate
Obturator internus insertion.
Medial surface of the Greater Trochanter.
Obturator internus nerve supply.
Nerve to obturator internus L5, S1, 2.
Obturator internus action.
Lateral rotation of the hip and abduction when sitting.
