histologic endodermal sinus structures (Schiller-Duval bodies)

25% have cytoplasmic rod-shaped crystalloids of Reinke
leydig cell tumor
androgen producing and associated with precocious puberty
leydig cell tumor, possibly sertoli cell tumor
