• Scene Safe/BSI
• Call for paramedic intercept
• CPR for 2 minutes if there has been no CPR in the past 5 minutes
• Apply Pads
• Confirm VF/Pulseless V-Tach
• Defibrillate 200j biphasic
• IMMEDIATELY resume CPR
• Establish IV/IO access
• Consider advanced airway
• Epi 1:10,000 every 3-5 minutes in drug/shock/drug/shock pattern
• Consider H’s and T’s
• Continue efforts until at receiving facility or ROSC
