Used with acetylcholinesterase inhibitors will decrease effectiveness of both medications.

Ipratropium Bromide (Atrovent) Dosage:
A
Adults: 500 mcg (0.5mg) via nebulizer.
Pedi: 125 to 250 mcg via nebulizer.

Inhalation.

Administered as part of a DuoNeb with albuterol. Typically combined in a pre filled “bullet”.
