When does social change occur
when there is a change in societies attitude behaviours and laws

P - to evaluate some critics may argue that social change thru minority influence may be limited as it doesn’t occur quickly
E - tendency for human beings to conform to the majority position
L - minority creates a potential for social change

P - ‘deviant’ in the eyes of majority
E - majority may not want to change their views to be in line as they may be seen as ‘deviant’ themselves
E - message from minority may be forgotten
L - Thus limiting minority influence as a social influence process in social change
