Lifestyle Choices - Diet :
Diet is an essential part of providing our bodies with the energy we need to work and exercise, and the nutrients required to repair body tissues. Getting the right energy balance is important. To maintain our body weight the number of calories in your diet should be the same as the number of calories used through metabolic processes and physical activity.
Lifestyle Choices - Activity level:
There are
some factors that can make participating in physical activity more difficult such as: location
and travel requirements, lack of access to facilities, cost of classes or equipment and time.
