A balanced diet involves eating the right balance of nutrients and not just the right amount of food.It provides our body with the right amount of energy to live healthily and perform in ohysical activity and it also increases our longevity

It improves your health fitness and makes you less suceptible to diseases caused by a sedentary lifestyle

You can monitor it through a PEP,this helps you to find time and plan out your sessions to be effective
What is the work life sleep balance
Exercise and working hard helps you to sleep better and helps the sleep to be more productive.This sleep helps you recover better however you shoulden’t exercise too close to sleep as it releases endorphins that keep you awake
How do recreational drugs affect us
Legal drugs including things like caffiene,ethanol and nicotine are accepted in society even though they are bad for you.Illegal drugs include cannabis,LSD and heroin etc,these aren’t accepted in society and are highly dangerous
What are the effects of alcohol on the body
It’s a depressant and slows down your reactions and alters the way you see,hear,move and respond to things.A small amount can make you feel more relaxed and is banned in sports such as archery for this reason and motor sports because it’s dangerous
