A

It helps you to develop the components of fitness leading to you being less likely to get injured and more able to carry out daily tasks.It also helps you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and if you complete your PEP fully it makes you feel good as you have completed something hard leading to less mental illness.If you undertake it with people or with a PT it also helps you socially to improve co-operation
