Cardiovascular fitness/Endurance,Flexibility,Muscular Endurance,Muscular Strength,Body composition.
Cardiovascular fitness
The ability to work your entire body for long periods of time
What athletes need cardiovascular fitness
Long distance runners such as mo farah and footballers such as reece james as he needs to be up and down the pitch
Muscular strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance
Muscular endurance
The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired
Flexibility
The range of motion of your joints
Body composition
The percentage of body weight that is muscle,fat or bone
What sports require muscular strength
Weightlifting as you have to make one massive effort of strength to lift your weight
Why does rowing need Muscular endurance
Because you are using the same muscles (lats,biceps,triceps etc)over a long period of time and you need them to not be tired.
