Impact of physical activity on your physical helath.
It improves cardiovascular fitness (reduces RHR + blood pressure, heart gets bigger and stronger so it works better), muscular strength and endurance (increases bone density and strengh), body composition (start losing fats and makes it easier for your heart to supply your body), and other benefits like fighting illness.
Imapct of physical activity on your emotional health
It helps you feel good by relieving stress (provides distraction to get your mind of alternate problems), increasing self-esteem and confidence (as you get happier with how your body looks) , aesthetic appreciation, releseases endorphins and seretonin making it enjoyable (hormones that are released during exercise).
Impact of physical activity on your social health.
Helps your co-operation (helps in working environments in the future), and helps you gain friendships and mixing socially (become more confident to speak to new people but also meet people doing exercise). It also helps in having a better attitude when it comes to competing (lose more and win more, better understanding of what its like and how to treat others when they win or lose).
Impact of fitness on Well-Being
Positives:

Negatives:
. Risk sport related injury
. Lead to obsessive inetrest in body shape etc.

Your lifestyles choices can affect your physical, emotional, and social health. From killing your body, addiction etc.
What is a depressant?
A drug that creates a slowed down and knulling affect on your mind, feel less and have slower reactions etc.
What is a stimulant?
Drugs that create a hyper, increase in heart rate and reactions.
What is a sedative?
A drug used in medicine (and recreationslly) that slowls down your sensory nerves creating a slow dopey effect.
What is high-density lipoprotein?
A class of lipoproteins of relitavely high density, transport cholesterol from tissues to liver for excretion.
