Extension - a swimmer swing there arms back in a dive race
Adduction - a golfer on the tee swings the club towards the ball
Abduction - a gymnast moving there arms outwards

Circumduction - a cricketer bowls a ball
Dorsi - flexion - a sprinter postions there feet in the starting blocks
Plantar - flexion - a floor gymanst points their toes
