What is the definition of fitness?
The ability to meet the demands of an environment. So for a sportsman, it means being in the right emotional/psycological and physical shape to be able to do what your sport requires.

How well a task is completed

A disease caused by a lack of physical activity or sedentary lifestyle
Can you be fit but unhealthy or healthy but unfit?
Yes. For example sumo wrestlers are extremely obese and overwieght (unhealthy) however they are fit as they are in the right shape for what their sport requires.
