A

Psychological:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Loss of confidence
  • Mood swings
  • Irritability

Physical:

  • Bloatedness
  • Mastalgia

A

A

Sensitivity to progesterone

Diagnosis of PMS?

A

Record symptoms prospectively- over 2 cycles

Can use gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues to help if diagnosis is inconclusive
