Condition characterized by disorientation and loss of epithelial architecture extending through the epithelium

Young women between 30-50

What will patients complain of Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia?
May be asymptomatic or complain of
- Oruritus
- Pain
- Dysuria
- Ulceration

Pigmented in the form of plaques or papules
What can VIN progress to?
Invasive disease (SSC of the vulva)
