What is neoplasia?
Uncontrolled, abnormal cell growth, such as in cancer
What is meant by iatrogenic?
A disease caused by medical intervention e.g. chemotherapy harms the patient
What is a congenital disease?
A disease that someone is born with; it is not the same as genetic
What is SLE?
Systemic Lupus Erythmatosus - an autoimmune disease
What is ITP?
Immune ThromboCytopenia - an autoimmune disease
What are some causes of psychiatric diseases?
Wilsons disease in children
Biological depression
Neurotransmitter levels
Hypothyroidism
Vitamin B12 deficiency
