Why should you not eat too much sugar?
Eating too much sugar(a type of carbohydrate) can make your teeth decay and increase your risk of getting an illness called diabetes.
Why should you not eat too much carbohydrates, fats and oils?
Too much carbohydrate or lipids can make you put on weight, leading to obesity. This puts a strain on your joints, heart, and other body organs.
Why should you not eat too many lipids that comes from animals?
Eating too many fats that come from animals(usually saturated) may cause narrow blood vessels, making it hard for blood to flow. When blood does not flow properly, the body may not receive enough oxygen, since the blood carries oxygen.This may also cause heart diseases
