Diagnose van nefritisch syndroom?

A

Urinalyse: hematurie, acanthocytose, rbc cilinders, milde tot matige proteïnurie (< 3,5g/dag), steriele pyurie, soms wbc casts
Labo: gestegen creatinine, daling eGFR, gestegen BUN.
