A
400mcg IN (repeat x1 after 3 min PRN)

What is the usual dosage of naloxone for paediatrics?
A
20mcg/kg IN (repeat dose PRN to maintain opioid reversal max 0.1mg/kg or 2mg)

What are the side effects of naloxone?
A
Nausea/vomiting/agitation/seizures due to acute reversal of narcotics
