15
Q

What do you see ?
Diagnose the pathology

A

-There is thickening and abnormal intrinsic signal on both T1- and T2Wimages of the common extensor tendon.

Diagnosis : Lateral Epicondylitis (TENNIS ELBOW) ;

-It is due of chronic stress to the common extensor tendon, which results in partial tearing and tendinosis.

What does the aro point to ?
1) it’s intensity on MRI
2) how does it originate

A
17
Q

Elbow MRI ;
What do you see ?
And diagnose

A

Here we have the coronal T1W- and T2W-images
There is partial tearing in the common flexor tendon.

Diagnosis :
-Medial Epicondylitis (GOLFERS ELBOW)

Q

What do you see ?

A

Wrist MRI ;
-Arrow points to Triangular Fibrocartilage (TFC)

-T1-weighted coronal image demonstrates a normal TFC, normal intermediate signal intensity is evident at the ulnar attachment (arrow).
-The normal interface with articular cartilage at the radial side is also apparent (arrowhead)

24
Q

What do you see ?
Point to the lesion and diagnose.

A

Wrist X-ray and MRI ;
-Avascular necrosis at proximal segment of scaphoid

27
Q

GOUTY arthritis X-ray shows ?

A
  1. Juxta-articular erosive changes around the first MTP joint
  2. with overhanging edges
  3. soft tissue swelling
  4. No joint space narrowing
  5. No osteopenia
