- Green indicates: Employee NOT nearing a threshold
- Yellow indicates: Employee is ONE incident away from reaching an identified threshold
- Red indicates: Employee has REACHED or surpassed an identified threshold. RED is the ONLY indication which REQUIRES evaluation by AREA management and/or supervision.

- Citizen complaints
- Written performance documents (POSITIVE):
a. Letters of appreciation from public
b. Departmental commendation
c. CHP2, Incident report - COMMENDABLE - Written performance document (NEGATIVE):
a. CHP2 Incident Report - Censurable
b. MOD - Incidents related to Civil Liability
a. BT Threshold incidents
b. CEW deployment involving pregnant women,
juveniles, or elderly
